The leasing office staff and maintenance are all nice. I like that there is a gym on premise. The courtyard is nice to use during the summer (I like to read a book and get some sun when I can).

The building offers great amenities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views. I particularly enjoyed using the gym, which had modern equipment. However, the pool area could get crowded on weekends, and the parking situation was occasionally challenging due to limited spaces.
