I have lived here for about 10 months and so far do not have any major complaints. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are a decent size. My room feels spacious, and I love how I have a bathroom attached as well. I do have to say all the amenities within the unit need to be updated. I submit a maintenance request every other week it feels like because there is always something broken or malfunctioning. They have even replaced a few items within our unit but they clearly have been... second hand items that still need repairs. This is very frustrating. That is why my experience is 4 stars.

I don't live here yet but you guys have been very nice lol. Love the friendly staff and asking the perosns name when talking to them. I would say after signing my lease everytime I tried to call, nobody answered. I don't know of that's on purpose or not but I would fix that.

I love the style of living and the way all of the buildings are layed out. There is always parking and it is so convenient to have a bus stop that takes you right to UNR’s campus.
