Conveniently located to several stores, most in walking distance and a few bus routes. Modest gym for tenants to use. Package lockers leaves no worries of missing packages or being sent to the wrong unit. Massive patio and balcony rooms.

DO NOT RENT HERE!
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE MOVING HERE! It’s cheap yes! And what’s the saying you get what you pay for?! The water has been shut off 5 times since living here in the past 3 months. They notify you by email 1-2 hours prior saying it will be shut off for 5-6 hours due to an “emergency” . Not only is this frustrating it’s inconvenient because you aren’t able to shower, wash hands, cook, flush the toilets NOTHING! They give you the option of showering in the office which is a bathroom open to anything... with only a curtain covering.. what I don’t understand if the water is being constantly being shut off for HOURS at at time why is this situation not being fixed. It seems they are putting a bandaid over the problem instead of actually fixing it and the residents are the ones suffering because of this. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Living at the Villas has been amazing! The front office team is always available to chat with or ask any questions possible! The mantenience team is extremely helpful & efficient. There is a welcoming atmosphere here at Villas that makes everyday exciting :)
