DON'T MOVE HERE!!! My annual rent was to go up 28%!!! I'VE FINALLY HAVE HAD ENOUGH! That is an obscene.
The office does not respond to emails, they are only tasked with collecting as many extra fees and penalties as possible, even fabricating them.
The building is showing wear, with no upkeep or refresh. The common area bathrooms do not have water, paper, soap. The homeless situation at the entry is scary.
With so many new buildings around the UNLV campus, you have much better options....

Love the views!
When moving to Vegas to be a student, I had no idea that I would be living in a community that has a view of the Las Vegas Strip! I love having a pool and the rooftop area is sweet! Totally recommend checking out The YoU if you are moving to Vegas!

Refused to fix AC during a heat wave in Las Vegas
Yes, they actually refused to do this. The internet is awful, the walls are super thin and the management is awful

Location and Quality
My situation changed and I ended up staying at the apartments I'm at now, but my friend lives here and her studio apartment is gorgeous! High ceilings, quality interior, and graceful designs provide top notch views of the strip and the valley's mountains on the upper floors. It's neat that each landing and floor is themed by a different amenity (gym, study, game room, communal kitchen, etc.). Folks in the office are super friendly, and there is a coffee house and restaurants outside the secure... lobby/mailroom on the ground floor. Grocery store and gas stations are within walking distance. UNLV campus and transit center are across the street, too. That's hard to beat!
