Rent anywhere but here. Roaches everywhere. Filthy place to live.

The hallways are so dirty

The place is so dirty. Hallways are so narrow and dirty. The management should change the dirty smelly carpets.

Homeless people

The lot next door has a whole homeless city. So unless you want a view of crackheads, tents, people doing drugs and the occasional overdose and gun shot- beware!

No one works at the leasing office

If you want to feel deserted, this is the place to live! They have the best business model by hiring no one so they don't have to spend anything on wages! Their leasing office is always closed and no one answers the phone. What an amazing place.

Horrible! do yourself a favor rent somewhere else!

so unfortunately I had a severe roach infestation that didn't get treated. I have asthma and I have literally begged them to treat my issue. they claimed the pest control would come do it every week till they are gone. Eventually after 2 months of putting up with it , I couldn't handle it and had to leave . Now they are trying to get me to pay another month of rent for an empty apartment.
