Exceptional experience from selection to move-in and beyond!
My experience with Birchway Tropicana has been outstanding from the very beginning. Deion and Marion have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, made selecting my apartment easy, and helped make the move-in experience smooth and stress-free.
What has stood out most is their continued effort and responsiveness even after move-in. They genuinely... care about their residents and making sure things are taken care of.
My selection, move-in, and current experience have all been on point. I’m very happy with my decision to call Birchway Tropicana home and would absolutely recommend it!

Birchway Tropicana has been a night-and-day experience compared to my last apartment. I feel like the property is taken care of. I don't feel the constant threat of seeing a cockroach running around. I am grateful that my transition here has been easy and am excited to see what the future brings here.
