Ashley and her front office staff is super amazing once I call with a issue or request the have it done in a very timely manner which makes my life so much easier Chris and the amazing maintenance team works endlessly for the community via grounds and making sure they have a safe environment for its tenants I’m super thankful full for the entire well staff

Wonderful place to live. Stores are close. Every thing needed in a 10 Mile radius. Very clean area. The food trucks are a plus a very quiet neighborhood

5 Star Maintenance Team!
????? Today was my move-out day at The Well Apartments, and I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Chris, the maintenance manager, for being absolutely amazing during my time here. He was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference!
I also want to show appreciation for the entire maintenance team. They were always quick to assist and their hard work did not go... unnoticed.

Marisol is great to work with. Amenities work well. The only con is that there's no elevator. And someone should clean up regularly around the neighborhood. Enforce dog poop fines.
