One of the biggest issues with this apartment complex is the constant staff turnover. While I do like the current staff, the lack of consistency has caused major problems. When we moved into our two-bedroom apartment, the unit was not move-in ready. There were missing items, torn carpet, and several damages throughout the apartment. Because of this, we carefully filled out the move-in inspection form documenting everything and turned it into the front office, where we were assured it would be... filed properly.

Now, two years later, after downsizing to a one-bedroom, we are being charged for many of those same damages. When we questioned it, we were told the document was never filed with the correct department. As a result, we are now being held responsible for damages that existed before we moved in, all because someone failed to do their job and there has been a completely different staff since then.
