Cici was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my decision to move there. She was and is still very helpful with the process. We spoke prior to scheduling a showing as well as after. She is very patient and kind.

My stay at the well as been amazing. This is my second time living here- my first time being in 2020. I came back for the familiarity and felt safe living here for a fresh start and place for my daughter and I. I loved my 1bd 1ba with attached garage. It was so convenient. The maintenance crew came promptly and were always so kind. I wish I could stay living here.

From the beginning, they made the move-in process feel effortless. Every question I had was answered promptly, the communication was clear and professional, and all the details were handled with care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before my move-in date.
On move-in day, my apartment was spotless and ready to go. The maintenance team even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable in my new home. Their warmth and professionalism... made a stressful time feel easy and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a place with not just great living spaces, but also a staff that genuinely cares — this is it. Huge thank you to Sydnee, CeeCee, and the rest of the team for making my move such a positive experience!
