Just moved in to my unit in mid January love the property so far neighbors are friendly grounds are clean appearance and upkeep are well maintained would definitely recommend to family and friends keep up the good work

The tenant manager relationship is very nice, caring and loving. However there too many rules which can be simplified or avoided for joyful living. You can make it more simple.

Other than this new parking policy because our assigned parking isn’t as close as it could be to our home and then we have to pay for a parking spot every month is kind of inconvenience. The parking structure before all this was better but I get it. Other than that I have been residing here for almost 4 years and management and maintenance have been accommodating, thank you so much!
