This community is beautiful and super quiet. The amenities are never crowded, and the new management has been great. I even lost my house keys once and the leasing office called me right away to pick them up. Maintenance is always on point and quick to help. It feels extremely safe here! Plus, there’s a restaurant on the property, lots of shopping close by, and nearby restaurants that give us discounts.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the leasing/management team. They’ve made moving in so easy. Austin, one of the bartenders at Lexie’s Bistro was so welcoming and kind as well. The assigned parking seems to be new and I’ve had mixed information from different residents regarding where to park/not to park. My biggest complaint is the hot tub closing at 10pm and an unprofessional interaction with one of the security guards on the property. However, I had a great experience with a different... security guard and management has been very responsive in addressing any questions I’ve had since moving in. Thank you everyone at Ilumina, I appreciate your hard work very much!

Ilumina is such an awesome place to live! What really makes it stand out is the resort-style vibe — the saltwater pools, misters on all the palm trees, and even a bistro/bar right by the pool. It seriously feels like you’re on vacation every day.
And the staff? Amazing! Daniela, Tiffany, and Gracie are the absolute best. They’re extremely helpful, professional, and just really kind people. They made the whole process smooth when we were deciding, and they’ve been just as great now that we’re... living here. You couldn’t ask for a better team!
