If you value safety, DO NOT LIVE HERE. In less than 9 months, our apartment has been the target of two unsuccessful break ins. The neighbor, unfortunately, was the victim of a successful break in. The car has been broken into and stolen from. Drug addicts are CONSTANTLY on property. They will jiggle door handles to see if any apartments are open. Some sketchy neighbors have random people in and out of their apartment, at all hours of the day. You will wake up to spray painted walls. People will... leave their condoms in the parking lot for you to almost step on. If there is a security guard, l've never seen them. The apartment itself is just a glorified motel room. The dumpster is always piled high, on the sides, and pouring out of the gate because people rummage through it. I am not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from, but I promise you they do not reflect the actual property. For your safety and peace of mind, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Read More

I’ve lived here a year and no issues! Staff communicates well and neighbors are pretty friendly. I’ve felt safe here and never had any issues or concerns for my safety at any time of day. Also walking distance to the strip is not far at all! I go every week as a workout! Highly recommend!
