Great new Property Mgr. We have lived at Arabella Apts. going on 9 years and the Property Mgr., Michelle is very patient and she is good with customer service and has a great knowledge about apartment leasing and Omar is a great maintenence guy with good repair skills. Thanks.

Great Location and new Mgt. Team

My wife and I have lived in Arabella apts. for over 8 years and we now have a great new Property Mgr. by the name of Katherine and she is a great listener to issues and she gets right on them. Also, her asst. is Jennifer and she is good also with helping out. The maintenance man Omar is very good at repairs. The location of this apt. community is great with all kinds of restaurants and shop to walk too. Thanks Katherine and staff for a good living environment.

Great Apt. Community The locate at Arabella is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants and the new property mgr., Katherine is a very good listener and she is very helpful and the 2 maintenance guys, Luis and Omar do a great job with any maintenance issues.
