Alma is a great location. Super professional staff that knows what they are doing. Amenities very nice. Location even better. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants, movie theater and supermarket.

The Alma has cute amenities typically found in the city. You feel safe and don’t expect to find any trash laying around. The parking is comprehensive, there’s a movie theater across the street. They have a hot tub, and the price is fair. If you need a place that is quick to respond and doesn’t make you run in circles to move in; this is the place. John was helpful both while livin as a resident and even helped with forwarding mail to my new address after moving.

Me and my wife moved here and it couldn’t have been any better. Our parking spot was right in front of our building. The trash valet service made living on a higher floor as easy as could be. John is incredibly reliable and was able to help with last minute emergencies that otherwise wouldn’t turned into even bigger headaches.

If you are moving from California, this needs to be your first stop

I love the people I’m surrounded by, the privacy (walls aren’t too thin), the quiet, the healthy-lifestyle atmosphere, the sense of community and belonging…like being at home, the bright staircases at nighttime, the 24/7 amenities, the clubhouse for getting work done, the view of the Strip from my side of the building, the activity on the grounds (active enough to be alive, but not too still to be strange…if you know what I mean), open layout everywhere/very airy, love the happy hours (all of... them), food trucks, tenant-directedness (I never want to leave!), the wonderful staff (John is 10/10 and so incredibly kind, helpful, and professional), the phone-controlled access to everything (feels very safe), the AMAZING trash valet (this brings Alma to a whole new level), the gym is so nice, so happy to go to yoga, and the actual architecture of the complex is calming (doesn’t feel like all the apartments are looking at/into each other… and I’m very comfortable using the pool because of the layout), also the interior choices were 10/10 from the flooring choice to the cabinet features, and the lighting. Everything feels clean and cozy at the same time. Incredibly attuned to the details and that’s why I chose Alma over everywhere else (and I even put a deposit into another place and changed my mind)! It’s been the best. And I really appreciate the cost of rent (I know we’re near a less-than-seemly area of town, but Alma did an incredible job of keeping the upscale and safe feeling). It's been a busy month moving into Alma. I'm still in the process of getting settled. The staff at Alma have been very accommodating and helpful in my move and the property is well kept. Everyone's been friendly and helpful to me.
