Just moved here a couple days ago! It pretty quiet and peaceful here! Love it here! The management team is responsive and helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. The leasing staff is friendly and professional, and the move-in process was smooth.

The pools are rarely open. The back pool has been closed for 3 years and the front pool closes 2-3 times a week. Makes no sense why there isn’t 1 pool open at all times. Paying high prices and while employees don’t fix things that matter to residences. Usually pools close over the hottest weather days. Half the bushes hang over the sidewalk and tower over people’s windows, others look like sticks and people stare at you while their dog poop in front of your window/porch. The assigned parking is... useless. Expect your guests to have to park at Starbucks as all the uncovered spots will be taken by residences

I absolutely love living here ! Maintenance is quick to respond , and the location is amazing ! Only down fall is the parking! You pay for mandatory covered parking and it’s usually not close to your apartment .

Completely unorganized. Signed the lease with two pools as an amenity, one hasn’t been open the whole time with very little explanation as to why or even how long it will be and everyone’s key does not even open the main pool cause the lock has been broken. Maintenance people are cool. There is a lady at the front desk office who does as little as possible as often as she can and has a very bad attitude. Ariel seems to just be upset at all times, even when greeted with smiles. There was a time I... went and talked with Ariel sometime around 5:30 PM or so, they close at 6. First interaction with this lady and she told me “I’m not doing anything right now, I’m about to get out of here” which came off super rude and slightly aggressive. I didn’t even want anything to happen necessarily I just had some questions and was wondering what some actions or resolutions could be. Got no answers and basically was told to go away cause she was close to closing. Super unprofessional and always rude.
