Decent community. Follow through on repairs or damage is non existent. They will come and repair the issue, but if there is need for a second visit or continued maintenance, good luck. The office staff are usually rude. But the space in the unit is nice, has a flow, and it’s generally comfortable. Maintenance and follow through are the biggest issues.

The application process was very easy and quick, and I really like my apartment. However, communication with the office is quite complicated, and there’s a lack of follow-up on maintenance requests, which makes the overall experience less positive.
