I am writing this review to share my experience and hopefully help others make an informed decision before applying or moving into this community.
When I applied, I was offered a promotion of six weeks free. However, after moving in, I was informed that my apartment “did not qualify for the promotion,” which was never disclosed beforehand and was extremely disappointing.
The apartment was delivered in poor condition: it was dirty, the dryer was damaged, and the bathroom fan took almost two... months to be repaired—and even now, it still does not function properly. In addition, there are constant piles of dog waste directly in front of my home, creating unpleasant odors and unsanitary conditions.
Communication with the office has been essentially nonexistent. Emails and requests are never answered, which makes resolving even basic issues very frustrating. The exterior areas of the complex are also very poorly lit, making them feel unsafe, and there have been incidents of cars being broken into.
Overall, this company needs to seriously improve its customer service, communication, and investment in maintenance and common areas. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this property.

Decent community. Follow through on repairs or damage is non existent. They will come and repair the issue, but if there is need for a second visit or continued maintenance, good luck. The office staff are usually rude. But the space in the unit is nice, has a flow, and it’s generally comfortable. Maintenance and follow through are the biggest issues.
