We absolutely love Modera. Amazing staff and beautiful amenities. Didn’t give 5 stars only because parking here has become a nightmare. Constant Unauthorized vehicles, there’s no assigned spots, no handicap spots next to elevators and not to mention the constant broken gates.

It has been nice staying at modera. Amenities are well maintained, Maintenance is done on time. If you raise any issues they are resolved in 48 hours. So far very good experience

Gym equipment that was noted to be broken and sent to management months ago are still broken. Otherwise, the building is clean and quiet. No issues finding parking in the garage.
