I don’t even know where to start. First is my AC unit in my apartment was down for almost a week. I was given a portable AC unit to run in my apartment in the middle of a heat wave. My electric bill skyrocketed that month with no type compensation towards my bill. Then my AC unit went out again a week after it was supposedly fixed. This time it was out for almost 2 weeks. Waited to have a repair then was told they needed to order a part l and it would be here the following week, two weeks went... by before they came to fix my AC unit. Let’s not begin to talk about the parking nightmare here. Why do residents have to pay for parking when clearly anybody can park here is beyond me. There is no type of regulations in place for people who don’t pay for parking. It’s just seems to be getting worse. Appears the staff doesn’t live here so they don’t care

Modera is a clean place at all times, smells good when you enter, and all the staff is lovely. Highly recommend. The only complaint i would have is dog owners to clean up after your dog when there's an accident specially in the elevators!!!!!
