During winter, when the temperature drops below 20 fareinheit, heater doesn’t work effectively. Maintenance tells that’s all their heater can handle. I have lived in colder temp and heater worked fine.

The staff is amazing. Super responsive and go above snd beyond to help. The new tenants however are a nightmare. Garage all over, pets going to the bathroom in the hallway, weed smoke in the hallway, kids running up n down the hallway, cigarettes all over.

The apartments are new, modern and have the latest appliances. The grounds are always clean and well - maintained and it’s convenient that there is a gym in the building along with a club room, lounge areas, conference rooms and bbq area.
