My girlfriend and I moved into this community last month, and we couldn't be happier. The property is beautiful, the pool and gym are fantastic, and the location is perfect with everything we need just minutes away. The staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it truly feels like home!

I do enjoy living at Modera 55, but there is a big issue with other residents leaving trash in the hallways over the weekend and continuing to pile up the trash until it’s picked up on Sunday. Also, residents do not put their trash down the trash shoots. Residents leave their trash in the shoot room and it piles up to where the door cannot be open or get to the shoot. There is not a lot of parking for everyone in 55. I’m not sure if people are parking without a pass or what not. But there is not... enough spaces.

I would rate higher if cameras were added in the hallways and proper cameras in the stairwells. Add more insulation/sound dampening materials to the walls and floors.
