Not sure who gave it a 4star but this shouldn’t even have 1 star. Small apt, high price. Dirty. No TLC is given to this building. Only clean up to the floor where they are showing apt. People smoke in the hallway which makes the smell go into other apts. Imagine waking up and the first thing you smell is cigarettes. Building is located on one of the busiest streets in wny meaning Parking is literally horrible. the maintenance team are super lazy. apts Are Poorly renovated. Front door is always... broken so packages are always being stolen. Drunk people are alway coming in and sleeping in the basement or roof. “Mailroom” always smell like urine.
