I’m fairly new and will need to spend a little more time in the building for a more fair and accurate rating. However, the most immediate need is to control the trash odor on the 2nd floor.

This building is a gem—beautiful, well-maintained with some noise from neighboring units and concerts from the NJPAC, and packed with impressive amenities. My guests are always wowed by the partial NYC skyline views, and I regularly enjoy the gym, sauna, steam room, and lounge area. The attached parking deck, with guest spaces, is a major plus. The staff is friendly and responsive, making daily life smooth. Its prime location near NJPAC, Whole Foods, coffee shops, the Prudential Center, and... public transit—plus easy airport access—makes this an unbeatable place to live.

Experience has been mostly good although in the last month responses to emails regarding certain questions or concerns have been delayed. But overall good building.
