One Theatre Square is a nice community to live in. The management is amazing and people are generally nice here.
The building has many incentives and amenities such as a state of the Arts gym, event hall, a sauna, steamers and shower rooms as well as a game room.
When you first walk in the building you are met with a warm welcome by concierge, which is also a plus to living at One Theater Square.
I recommend One Theater Square.

This building is a gem—beautiful, well-maintained, and packed with impressive amenities. I regularly enjoy the gym, sauna, steam room, and lounge area. The attached parking deck, with guest spaces, is a major plus. The staff is friendly and responsive, making daily life smooth. Its prime location near NJPAC, Whole Foods, coffee shops, the Prudential Center, and public transit—plus easy airport access—makes this an unbeatable place to live.

I’m fairly new and will need to spend a little more time in the building for a more fair and accurate rating. However, the most immediate need is to control the trash odor on the 2nd floor.
