Over all the location is perfect. The overall building contemporary architecture design and look is attractive. The concierge has been very hospitable and helpful.

I need to point out how effective and friendly the entire staff is with residents. I have so much peace living here and I thank this place for the amazing vibes and professionalism

It’s a beautiful building with a lot of reoccurring problems, floods, leaks, elevators as of late, tenants abusing things and not cleaning up after their self or their pets. Also please read above comment as it more detailed also

Good service at One Clinton Park makes you feel at home and Save.

The level of service for One Clinton Park has significantly declined due to the constant lack of communication from mgmt staff. Residents cannot reach staff from the main phone lines or email except for newcomer Nick. I've lived here since it opened two yrs ago and have experienced hot water delay issues for months at a time, utility bills are sky high, apts have constant water leak issues, missing packages, elevators break down often, excessive noises everyday by door alarms and thin walls,... smoking issues and did I mention mgmt doesn't care about residents concerns/issues nor do they take accountability for many of the issues happening. The only suitable thing about OCP is the location being near the train but it's getting congested due to all these high rises in the area and lots of construction. Read More
