I have lived here for about 2 1/2 years and I absolutely love it! Management, especially Amanda, addresses any concerns in a timely manner and is always looking for ways to improve the community by taking resident feedback, applying it and being creative. Stay here more than two years. I am very mad for the apartment manager. The apartment has changed twice manager teams in last two years. It is very chaos! Your friends visit you must park the car in community outside the apartment, since guest parking always parked full by other residents who don't want to pay $35 parking fee. Cars parked in driveway always, you have to wait for them once you back to home. Sometime driver moved the car, but sometime cars blocked your parking spot and no one was... the car. Charged amenity fees but always dirty and smells.

When we moved in, the manager told us they didn't increase price for renew contract. However, they have gone. Our renew rate increased 6% last year since all apartment rate increased. However, it increased 12% this year???!!! Since the other apartment rate decrease? How come? Since you only want resident stay one year so you can earn the move-in and move-out fees? I won't pay additional STUDPID fee.

Apartments are spacious and beautiful. Quiet and very clean. The Lofts have a great sense of community. Property manager, Amanda is excellent and always responds in a timely manner. Any time that we have needed maintenance issues taken care of, Isaiah completes them promptly and is always kind and helpful. This is a really wonderful place to live.
