If I could give this building zero stars, I would.
Our experience living here was beyond disappointing from beginning to end. During our final months, the elevator was constantly out of service. It was completely broken for five consecutive days one month, about a week the month before, and another week the month prior. At the time, I was 12 weeks pregnant and preparing to move out by June 14. I was forced to walk up and down eight flights of stairs while carrying belongings and trying to... manage a move. For the amount of rent residents pay, this is completely unacceptable. My husband and I repeatedly voiced our concerns, but nothing was resolved in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, the issues only got worse after we moved out.
At the end of May, I personally handed my June rent check directly to Xavier. Then, on June 9, while I was still living in the building, I began receiving notices claiming my rent was late. I immediately contacted the office and was told not to worry because they knew I had already submitted the payment.
Now, after moving out, I am somehow being charged June rent, late fees, and legal fees for a payment that I already made. Since June 9, I have called multiple times, left numerous voicemails, and sent multiple emails, yet I have received absolutely no response from anyone. No one answers the phone. No one returns calls. No one responds to emails. No one seems willing to take responsibility or even acknowledge the issue.
Residents and former residents should not be held accountable for the building's lack of management, communication, or organization. It should not be the tenant's responsibility to fix mistakes made by the leasing office or spend weeks chasing someone down just to get a response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable.
If anyone from the building is reading this review, please check your voicemails and emails and get back to me. I have made every effort to resolve this privately before posting this review.
To anyone considering living here, I strongly encourage you to think twice. No one should have to deal with repeated maintenance failures, nonexistent communication, inaccurate billing, and complete silence when trying to resolve a legitimate issue. I would not recommend this building to anyone, and I certainly would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

So many condos in town keep looking
The management team is never in the office and you could never get a hold of them on the phone.

Management is a joke
Took almost an entire year to repair leaky windows.(every rainfall it dripped from the ceiling) and even after that the window ledge was never replaced. The management allowed the new neighbors upstairs to call the police on us 3x in a week recently for playing tv. Move here if you have thousands to waste. Btw that $150 amenities fee is for the fire pit that never worked in the first place.

Poor Quality
Don’t move here. The walls are very thin. You will be able to hear your neighbor’s conversations, T.V and music above and below you. There is also a bar directly across the street that is relatively “hidden” during the day. Late into the night, you will hear people arguing, shouting, cursing and blasting music on a nightly basis. Because the walls are so thin at the Camelot you will be able to hear all of these things VERY clearly. The screaming and yelling frequently goes on until 3’ clock in... the morning. If you are a light sleeper, you will be miserable here. Would not recommend if you have young children. You will be lucky if you get three hours of sleep. I can’t express how much of a nuisance the external environment creates. The gym is laughable. This place is a phoney. Too much rent for such poor quality. Would never recommend to anyone.
