Lara Krall is a life-long resident of Middletown, NJ where she lives with her husband and raised three sons. She is the Owner and Broker of Record for Bottone Realty Group, Inc, a family business started by her father Tony Bottone in 1980. She has sold all types of real estate including multi-million-dollar commercial properties, single family homes, vacant lots, multi-family dwellings, and residential and commercial rentals. She brings a positive and professional approach to any size project finding solutions to the many unique challenges that come along with any transaction. She is an industrious and conscientious broker who really cares about her clients from the beginning to the end of the deal and after closing. She specializes in helping with design visions for buyers looking to purchase and renovate homes and for sellers to prepare their homes for market. She closely works with builders consulting on architectural plans and interior design and finishes to maximize resale value with the buyer in mind. She also knows numbers which is instrumental in determining value for investment properties and for setting a purchase price for sellers. She graduated from Middletown High School North in 1988 and the University of Delaware in 1992 with undergraduate degree in Physics. She worked for many years in the Color Technology Industry and honed her communication skills as a corporate trainer and expert in color measurement instrumentation. She has developed her interest in interior design, staging, and architecture by taking many classes in these fields. Lara has a great eye for design and is instrumental in developing renovation plans for many of her clients, investors, homeowners, and buyers.
