Don't come!

The place smells bad. Walls don’t block any noise. Management never responds to anything. USPS won’t even deliver!

No hot water

I’ve lived here for ten days now and there’s no hot water. It’s lukewarm at best, Apparently many residents share this issue. Avoid this building until they get their stuff together.
