Place looks amazing rent is affordable but they don't answer the phone or let you know if the place is available to view or anything. Fix that!!

This building is newly renovated and the building next to it is currently being renovated so take advantage of affordable rent. The neighborhood isn't great, 18th Ave is busy but if you're a person who just goes in your spot and goes to work you're good. This isn't a walking neighborhood. You're near the expressway and bus. I own a home in the area and I see positive changes. Hopefully management is good to the tenants.

They will never answer the phone, overcharge you for everything when move out.Will never return back your security deposit. They lie alot

Do not let the place fool you one of the most horrible neighborhood their is they never answer their phone they never respond to emails there’s no parking it’s across the street from all the drug dealers and by far the most disgusting realtor company there is DONT DO IT

The apartment look nice but nobody is picking up my phone calls so I can let them know I’m interested.
