Great location and nice building but extremely poor management. The HVAC stops working frequently during winter, it gets freezing cold in the apartment, and it takes a long time for them to fix it. This kind of problem should be fixed once and for all so it doesn't happen frequently. The elevator smelled like dog urine for more than a week and it took multiple calls and maintenance requests for them to send someone to shampoo the elevator carpet.
