So far the experience has been great, The building is beautiful and has all of the amenities you could ask for. the Shuttle to the path in the morning is the thing I use daily, which saves me so much time on my commute.

There were many issues with our apartment since moving in. These include the service elevator being broken during the move in proces including but not only missing blind, broken locks on doors, and a dryer leaking water all over the floor. It has been stressful having these problems right after moving in.

Apartment building is nice and quiet and we love the layout of our apartment, but management likes to nickel and dime. Charged a fine for parking in a reserved spot and was not even given a warning first. We did not know the spot was reserved, because when we first started living here we parked in that spot all the time and it was not reserved. According to management we were supposed to know it was a reserved spot because there was a cone in it(there was not). All reserved spots have signs.... Other than that its a nice place to live if you want it to be quiet.
