Apartment building is nice and quiet and we love the layout of our apartment, but management likes to nickel and dime. Charged a fine for parking in a reserved spot and was not even given a warning first. We did not know the spot was reserved, because when we first started living here we parked in that spot all the time and it was not reserved. According to management we were supposed to know it was a reserved spot because there was a cone in it(there was not). All reserved spots have signs.... Other than that its a nice place to live if you want it to be quiet.

We tend to have a lot of maintenance requests from appliances and other things being in poor condition from previous tenants, but maintenance resolves them quickly which is helpful!

The process for applying was smooth and Samantha was incredibly helpful. My partner and I found our first place together that we love with her assistance. She was fast with responses with all of our questions. Moving in we had a small hiccup but we were able to recover from it and the doorman was friendly and accommodating. I love the added perk of having garage access from our resident floor. So far definitely enjoying our time at cast iron I.
