The building truly lives up to its name—modern finishes, sleek design, and thoughtful layouts. The common areas are well-kept, and the amenities (especially the gym, lounge, and rooftop space) are some of the best I’ve seen in the area. Security and package handling are reliable, and maintenance requests are generally handled within a reasonable timeframe.
The location is a major plus. Whether you’re commuting, grabbing food, or just enjoying the neighborhood, everything feels close and... convenient.
