The view of Manhattan is amazing.
Security is perfect.
There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
It is also close to a supermarket along the river.
I reported a problem with the facilities, but the response was slow.
Traffic jam can be heavy at certain times.
4G works, but 5G is difficult to connect to (Wi-Fi works fine).

staffs are very professional and people are very friendly. I wish more gym guys zumba class. Once a month for the whole entire two building is really limited. It used to be 2 times a month at least as far as I remember and I dont now why it changed. Last year in May, there was a special event for kids which was kids story time and I realky enjoyed it! I hope we can have a story time event this year, too!
I found some changed on the 5th amenity floor which was TV sounds. Instead of turning on TV... all day long, I could hear some noce peaceful music and I love it! And I really enjoyed Bingo and movie night. Especially, Bingo night was so fun and a good chance to meet neighbors! Thank you!

We are trying to offer a more varied... programming schedule, so we offer a Zumba class and a yoga class, and then a variety of game nights, activities to bring our residents together and have some fun. We know many residents take advantage of the 24/7 gym and many take a variety of classes offered at specialty gyms too. We offer classes to get residents together and offer a variety of interactions! Nice view from room. Clean room. There are a lot of food reastrants, cafes.
It is convenient traffic to my company by car, and shuttle bus is convenient to go to NYC.
