Overall great but laundry room needs better care and should be cleaned daily, as well as report broken machines and the Fowler card replenishment machine is broken--I had to go over to 100 Park this weekend to replenish.

Living at The Modern truly has been a pleasure. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly the package room. We enjoy the community events! The common spaces are well kept, although most of the massage chairs are broken. Overall a positive experience.

I’ve grown to love this apartment more and more the longer I live here. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are always quick to respond whenever a problem arises, which makes living here even more comfortable and reassuring.

We really enjoy living at the Modern 100.
The staff are great and make us feel welcomed and valued. Only real negative is that some residents, a few, do not care for our building and grounds in a considerate manner. There are ongoing issues with trash disposal and dog behavior. (A suggestion: Try sending out reminders in several languages — not everyone has a good knowledge of English.)
