So far, I’ve had a very positive experience living at The Modern Apartments. The building is clean, well-maintained, and feels comfortable for daily living. I especially appreciate how organized and quiet the community is.
The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the move-in process much smoother. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby stores and services.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience so far and... looking forward to continuing my stay here.

The dogs wouldn't have a problem going to the bathroom in the wrong places if the Modern provided a convenient place for them to go! The green paint on the ground in the garage dog run is inhumane; at least the Modern 100 tried to put turf, which is the bare minimum! With this many dogs living in the building it is a shocking surprise to me there is no dog park provided for them.
