We really enjoy the amenities offered here. New massage chairs and a new game room were a great addition. Only thing is I wish there were more gym equipments in the gym room/replace some older equipments.

The Modern staff are very friendly and welcoming. We haven’t fully moved in but we already felt we belong here. The front desk is very nice and always say hi to us. The leasing office staff answer my email very quick and do their best to help us move in.

There used to be Water Fountain in the front of 800 park avenue,Gave the building even more “CLASS”Now cars park on top of it..Different food trucks used too be in front of the building as well,Other than that,I love it here,Just have to keep the Rent from constantly going up????

Unfortunately, the fountains were causing more problems due to underground leaks impacting the integrity of the drive... circle and due to the aggressive wind conditions we were unable to restore these unique features.
