Recently, I have noticed that sound from nearby rooms (either above or next door) has been leaking through even mid night. There are also occasions when a dog’s barking continues for an extended period. In addition, the flowerbed appears to have been damaged, possibly by pets. While I am satisfied with the apartment facilities and systems, I feel that improvements in residents’ etiquette may be needed. On a positive note, the communication regarding garage cleaning was very courteous and much... appreciated.

Living here has been a pretty good experience overall. The staff are friendly and usually quick to respond when something needs fixing, which I really appreciate. The common areas are kept clean and the building feels safe.

I have no complaints about the apartment itself. However, there are quite a few residents who do not follow the rules. The trash area and gym are often messy. Although the staff try to clean up, it gets dirty again quickly. The area also has a lot of traffic, so the noise from car horns can be quite loud at times.
