Living here has been a pretty good experience overall. The staff are friendly and usually quick to respond when something needs fixing, which I really appreciate. The common areas are kept clean and the building feels safe.

I have no complaints about the apartment itself. However, there are quite a few residents who do not follow the rules. The trash area and gym are often messy. Although the staff try to clean up, it gets dirty again quickly. The area also has a lot of traffic, so the noise from car horns can be quite loud at times.

One of the highlights of my residency has been the fantastic amenities. The gym is always clean and well-equipped, making it easy to stay active without leaving the building. I’ve also thoroughly enjoyed using the pool area and the communal spaces, which are always kept in pristine condition. These features truly enhance the quality of life and provide a wonderful opportunity to relax and connect with other residents.
