I lived in this property for one yr and change. All i have to say is building is infested with rats,mice,roaches. They always say they are going to exterminate and never show up. Plus a couple of tenants had to evacuate because of Bed bugs YES BED BUGS. Parties from neighbors and super doesnt do anything at all. I would not recommend living their unless u like living like a slob.

pros: If you are looking for a nice area with affordable rent, this is it. This building is pretty quite for the most part. Everyone here minds their business and when you do get to see your neighbors they are for the most part friendly. I have moved from the Bronx to here and it is a nice area. I like the Warinanco Park I like to call it little Central park because it's pretty and has a lot of open fields with plenty of activities when the season is right. great for raising children. The area... is somewhat diverse. There are many restaurants to chose from and about two supermarkets near by. There's also plenty of transportation. Different bus routes and about a 5-10 minute car ride to the train station on broad street.

Cons:This building is not pet friendly, which is a bummer. There is a parking lot but it is only for the next building that does not belong to our property, which sucks when you have to come in from work late and can't find parking close by. since the winter started there has barely been hot water for showering. it's mainly luke warm. The sidewalks are horrible to walk on if you are pushing a stroller or shopping cart you may wanna walk in the street.
