I love the location right next to the train station, and the apartment itself is nice. It’s just very expensive. We’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the rent has climbed quickly since there’s so many apartment buildings around now. Likely won’t renew our lease in another year. But would recommend if within budget.

Most residents are for the most part okay. Some are slightly noise but what bothers me the most is that they don’t return the cart promptly. The smell or marijuana is sometimes constant but that is what bothers me the least.

Everything here is great. I don’t have many complaints, it’s honestly just an issue of the pricing shooting through the roof since Bloomfield is becoming a big commuter hub.

So far, so good. I recently moved into Six Points Community and have had a very positive experience. The apartment staff has been welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with, and the residents I’ve met so far have been friendly and welcoming as well. It has made the move-in process feel much smoother.

Honestly just taking off a star because of the prices of rent, parking, and even utilities. I know it’s just the direction the market is headed but it’s tougher to see us living here in the same studio apartment that’s probably headed for the $3k range at least. Amenities are good, apartment building is really nice, and all the staff are kind and have been super helpful. If it’s in your price range, I totally recommend living here.
