Honestly just taking off a star because of the prices of rent, parking, and even utilities. I know it’s just the direction the market is headed but it’s tougher to see us living here in the same studio apartment that’s probably headed for the $3k range at least. Amenities are good, apartment building is really nice, and all the staff are kind and have been super helpful. If it’s in your price range, I totally recommend living here.

Love the building and the people in it. Its been almost 3 years and we are definitely staying more! Pet friendly building with nice neighbourhood. NY Train is just behind the building, nice restaurants around and less than 10 min away from Monclair! Watsessing and Brookdale Parks are so close you can enjoy your daily walks.

My wife and I have lived here for almost 4 years now. We really like it here! It’s a convenient location being steps from the train station, a park for our dog, and a grocery store. The prices are getting kind of expensive for us, but we did just lock in our rate for the next two years. We’ll be sad to leave after that but that’s just the way the rental market is going.
