Cool amenities but recent fire alarms have been disturbing and train noises are annoying. They even honk at night for some reason. They say they’re working on the fire alarms but it keeps happening. At this point I don’t think anyone will run outside anymore once a real fire is happening

I love the location right next to the train station, and the apartment itself is nice. It’s just very expensive. We’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the rent has climbed quickly since there’s so many apartment buildings around now. Likely won’t renew our lease in another year. But would recommend if within budget.

Most residents are for the most part okay. Some are slightly noise but what bothers me the most is that they don’t return the cart promptly. The smell or marijuana is sometimes constant but that is what bothers me the least.

Everything here is great. I don’t have many complaints, it’s honestly just an issue of the pricing shooting through the roof since Bloomfield is becoming a big commuter hub.

So far, so good. I recently moved into Six Points Community and have had a very positive experience. The apartment staff has been welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with, and the residents I’ve met so far have been friendly and welcoming as well. It has made the move-in process feel much smoother.
