I’ve been enjoying my time in this apartment overall—it’s in a convenient location, and the layout is great. However, one downside is that the walls and ceilings are quite thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbors when they speak loudly or when their dog runs around, which can be a bit disruptive at times. If soundproofing were improved, this would be an amazing place to live.

I was told to come in for a tour showing an apartment and told that I would have to be contacted by management for said apartment because I have a section 8 voucher. I was never given information for management and nobody ever contacted me after paying the application fee and then I was told that they had no more units available after at least 3 weeks of trying to get a response. Then there was a young lady that text me on a Saturday evening at about 6:00 p.m. asking me if I put in a complaint... about them not responding. She also told me that management will be reaching out to me soon and after almost a month later here I am leaving that complaint and review finally because I've gotten no assistance from these people. At any rate during the tour the apartment was very small and they only seem to have a standing shower. The added prices after a year would make this unaffordable for me so they didn't want to help me any further. The place is peaceful and pleasant, and the staff is very attentive. Super Lewis is always mindful of tenants' needs. Unfortunately, the management is extremely disorganized and fails to uphold the established agreements. They change the costs stipulated in the contract, and when you write to them, they don't respond until days or even weeks later.
