Good for Students
Nice place to live. The property is well maintained, the apartments are comfortable, and close to NJIT/Rutgers. Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here.

Love Art of Newark
The building is kept clean at all times, The management team always address your concerns. The apartment themselves are beautifully designed and quiet. Outside courtyard is a quiet atmosphere for you to reconnect with yourself. Lewis is the man! the best superintendent I have ever experienced.
