I’ve lived here for about 6 months and it has been very disappointing. The building has extremely poor sound insulation—you can hear neighbors from above, below, and next door (footsteps, doors, noise at night).

It’s impossible to rest or have peace at home, and management has not taken effective action despite multiple complaints. For the high rent, it does not deliver what it promises. I would not recommend it.

Let me start off with the positive. The building is new and offers a number of amenities including gym, social area, pool (summer only), pet grooming room, fully enclosed and secured parking, etc. Staff is nice and mostly responsive. Location is very convenient.

Now the not-so-great especially considering that rent prices are very high. Walls are very thin, especially the floors/ceilings. Never have I lived anywhere where my upstairs neighbors basically dictate my sleep schedule. The complex... allows dogs but clearly doesn’t enforce the 50lb max policy they publish. So if you happen to have an upstairs neighbor with a massive dog, be prepared to feel the apartment shake. I had numerous issues with appliances (brand new) not working, hot water going in and out, low water pressure and smoke seemingly coming through the vents as you can see grayish/black marks on the walls every time you clean behind your furniture. And the fire alarm goes off at least once a month in the middle of the night.

Generally, this has been the most stressful renting experience ever and I cannot wait for the lease to be over. As a side note, when you check reviews for this complex on an other websites, you’ll realize that unfavorable reviews are being removed and n a regular basis. Tells you all you need to know.
