I had the worst experience renting here. Landlord is impossible to communicate with and the super is spread thin with little resources to help. The building was built poorly and is riddled with flooding and mold issues. Garbage disposal was a big issue and as a result the place reeks of something decaying along with weed as it has horrible ventilation. Would not recommend any of the cheaply made overpriced apartments.

After a long journey searching for a rental I finally came across The Steven, this building offers me covered parking, roof access, and a gym. My 2 bedroom is larger then most in the area which was a big plus for me!

Bayonne has always been a place we’ve called home! When downsizing from a two family home to a residential apartment building we were very particular about many things. We enjoyed everything this building had to offer & are looking forward to move in.

I had the pleasure of touring two beautiful units at The Steven earlier this week. I had many specifications I wanted met when moving, and I was lucky enough to have them all accommodated for. I was able to submit an application right after my tour and am proudly moving forth with my decision to move in. I am so excited for a new begging at this beautiful residence, where I can soon call home in a few weeks.

I just finished touring this property and it was such an incredible experience. Loved that it was a new building that was top on my list because it was pet friendly. The building's gym is great for those days you want to workout, but stay close to home. Also has great cabinet and countertop space.
