Our time at The Thomas was great. The apartments are very spacious and clean. We had a 1-bed w/ den and there was more room than we needed. The den worked great as a home office although it does get cold in there due to the positioning of the thermostat. The complex is tucked away, and you can't even see it from the main road, this made it feel very safe and homey (plus key fob access to every building and apartment). The rent was very reasonable given how close to downtown Dover it is. There is... also on-site storage (which we did not take advantage of) but can imagine its usefulness. We lived there for 8 months and never heard a single noise from neighboring apartments (Given we were on the top floor). Parking is included and there are always available spots, you can join a waitlist to be given a private garage (Unsure on the rate for that). When we had to break our lease the management team was very transparent and helped us through the process. All in all, there were little to no complaints and the move in/out process was supper easy, transparent, and couldn't have happened without the amazing management team!

Dont rent here
Noise from neighboring units is unbearable and management would do nothing to resolve any issues tenants may have. Hallways stink. Bathroom fans should be turned on 24/7. Packages have no safe area and are thrown in the entranceway. Pet-free community on lease agreement only!! liars putting several people with pet allergies at risk.

Great service and beautiful atmosphere
Larry is the best! cares about you and your needs. Went out of his way for us and prompt responses. We appreciated everything he did. the apartments are absolutely stunning!! well done and a beautiful wooded area. Lots of walking. A great place to live!
