The apartments are beautiful but are cheaply built. Upon moving in their were a myriad of issues but maintenance is very quick to respond. I am a bit worried as to move out as some issues were never resolved. (paint chipping). Some other minor complaints are bathroom fans on 24/7. If bathroom door is left over it is a noticeable sound. AC/heating unit is very loud. Be expected to have to raise your tv volume Everytime it comes on. Leaky ac vents due to poorly insulated pipes. Overall though for... the price and the beauty of the apartment I can overlook those issues and recommend this place to others.

Wonderful!
Recently moved into the community, wonderful so far. Everything is brand new with beautiful amenities. Staff is helpful and friendly.
