Easy move in process and beautiful complex. Nice parking garage with secured gates. Clean apartments. Walk across the street to the local supermarket.

Lived here for over a year and it was extremely frustrating and miserable.

I've lived in apartments many times before so I would say I tolerate noises pretty well, however - the noise from my upstairs neighbor could be so loud that my DESK WOULD SHAKE. The construction is so bad that you could hear every footstep, every item dropped, every door shut.

When I addressed this with the staff, they told me they reached out multiple times, but the noise would still continue. I eventually reached... out in person to the neighbor and they did not even know that I had been complaining.

Please avoid this place if you are not on the top floor but frankly for what they charge it is just criminal and live anywhere else. Read More

Moving in was a breeze and all of the staff and fellow residents have been delightful. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and homey making me feel comfortable in my new space.

Nice new apartment, but couple things that could be better. Water pressure stinks and fluctuates in temperature, parking should have just been assigned spots, a pipe in the apartment that still banging and making noise that I requested to be fixed but never was (maintenance team seems overwhelmed) and terrible noisy neighbor upstairs with 3 kids that make noise up until midnight or later that landlord did not do much about (no warning or anything).

I have lived here a little over a month. Because I was moving from another state and had very limited time, I viewed the apartment only through a video call. I tried to be extra careful and asked very specific questions, especially about noise, since we have dogs that do bark.

I was assured that as long as the windows stayed closed, noise wouldn’t be an issue—aside from the occasional sound of something heavy being dropped upstairs. Unfortunately, the reality is very different. On the very... first day, I realized our dogs’ barking could be heard clearly in the hallway, which was never mentioned. Ever since then, I’ve lived with a constant sense of guilt toward my neighbors, although management tells me they’ve received no complaints (yet).

Meanwhile, my family struggles daily with other noise: every single footstep from upstairs, car alarms and street traffic, loud music from nearby clubs (weekdays and weekends alike), passing trains, and even planes overhead. Closing the windows doesn’t solve the problem.

Parking was also misrepresented. I was told we could park one car on-site and that “public parking” was just a two-minute walk away. Unless someone here is secretly Usain Bolt, that timing is wildly inaccurate—it’s closer to a 7-minute walk, which matters when you’re carrying groceries in the rain or snow.

The leasing office may not have “lied,” but what I was told on the phone and what I’m actually living with are two very different realities. After only a month, I already feel disappointed and stuck, knowing nothing can be changed and no real help will be offered. Read More
