I cannot say anything negative. The experiece was definately 5 stars with great staff and a top notch experience. The community is friendly and the amenities are fantastic. The staff is beyond expectation!

I’ve lived at 75 Canal for over a year now. It’s been a great experience. Seamless move in, lovely community events, beautiful outdoor spaces and a very convenient location for someone like me who loves to be able to walk around downtown but also jump on the highway and get away for an adventure when needed. 75 Canal has very kind and helpful staff that have made the process of moving and living here the absolute best!

Easy move in process and beautiful complex. Nice parking garage with secured gates. Clean apartments. Walk across the street to the local supermarket.

Lived here for over a year and it was extremely frustrating and miserable.

I've lived in apartments many times before so I would say I tolerate noises pretty well, however - the noise from my upstairs neighbor could be so loud that my DESK WOULD SHAKE. The construction is so bad that you could hear every footstep, every item dropped, every door shut.

When I addressed this with the staff, they told me they reached out multiple times, but the noise would still continue. I eventually reached... out in person to the neighbor and they did not even know that I had been complaining.

Please avoid this place if you are not on the top floor but frankly for what they charge it is just criminal and live anywhere else. Read More

Moving in was a breeze and all of the staff and fellow residents have been delightful. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and homey making me feel comfortable in my new space.
