Ever since then, I’ve lived with a constant sense of guilt toward my neighbors, although management tells me they’ve received no complaints (yet).

Meanwhile, my family struggles daily with other noise: every single footstep from upstairs, car alarms and street traffic, loud music from nearby clubs (weekdays and weekends alike), passing trains, and even planes overhead. Closing the windows doesn’t solve the problem.

Parking was also misrepresented. I was told we could park one car on-site and that “public parking” was just a two-minute walk away. Unless someone here is secretly Usain Bolt, that timing is wildly inaccurate—it’s closer to a 7-minute walk, which matters when you’re carrying groceries in the rain or snow.
