75 Canal has several positives, location - interior design - great gym - indoor parking (albeit $$$).
However, there are three major noise problems that many of these 5 star short glow up reviews are missing.
1. Landing Jets - 75 Canal is on the landing path for MDR, daily jets will be flying low over the complex...even at 12am.
2. Exhausts - Manch manchild drivers love their noisy cars and bikes, Police do not enforce sound pollution regulations - Spring/Summer/Fall you will hear the... noisy mufflers/exhausts.
3. Apartment noise - Jones Street decided to go cheap with very little apartment soundproofing. You will hear your neighbors and they will hear you - even minimal sound events like talking/walking/tv is heard through the walls and floors. Nothing can be done -> inexcusable.
Number 3 is a major deal breaker for us. Paying this much rent for a one bedroom and dealing with all three noise problems (especially 3).

Highly recommend! The team had made our relocation super smooth. Moving in was alittle tricky but the apartment itself, the amenities and staff are great! Very satisfied so far!

This was a bit of a last minute sign on for my husband and I as we are from TN and moving states was tricky. I was very surprised by the amenities and the studio unit. We don't ever need too much space since we work more than we're home. The bathroom is spacious and the hardware is very chic and modern. The high ceilings are awesome. I feel like you only see those high ceilings in the model units lol. We got very lucky. The kitchen has so much storage, as well as the rest of the unit for hiding... unsightly things like totes. The price point shocked me but New Hampshire is generally quite pricey due to lack of housing in general. Parking is questionable and something I'm having to work around. We do have two vehicles and we can only buy one garage space per unit, which does suck a bit. Otherwise, everything has been great with 75 Canal.

Wonderful office staff and a beautiful building! Great communal amenities including a rooftop terrace and patio, central courtyard, gym, office pods and lounge. I love the community events that are held regularly. They’re a great way to get to know neighbors!
