Safe and Comfortable Community with plenty of security and well lite for those who travel and arrive late at night. Package room to know you delivers are secure while you are away is a big advantage. Convenience to the highway and just over the boarder of Maine and New Hampshire make it a great way to avoid the tourist traffic. Wonderful and professional support of the on site management and maintenance team.

Overall place is very nice, I wish the fire pits stayed open longer. Not happy with maintenance walking in whenever they want with no heads up. Over decent place

So far it’s pretty great, i think my favorite part is the in washer and dryer unit. Very convenient for someone who’s moving across the country with not much. The apartment is nice and look good.

Great Apartment! With open floor plans and a amazing kitchen it gets an A from me. It is walkable (2 miles) to downtown Kittery and easily accessible off the highway, making it a super convenient place to live.
