We love living here. The units and staff are wonderful. The neighbors are kind, respectful, and often helpful. The neighborhood is safe and well maintained. The only downside is that rent is high for the area.

I feel that the grounds are nice and the maintenence staff is great. I feel like the gounds keeping is averge at best though the plowing during the winter has gotten worse each year.
Also our rent was increased 10%...more than three times the average inflation in the US. That means whatever raise i get from my employment is going to be dwarfed by my rest inscrease. On top of that new things keep getting added to our rent. 2 years ago they stopped paying for our water and last year they started... taking out insurance on each unit and put the charge on us, despite the fact that I have had renters insurance already for over a decade.

The problem is that in NH, everywhere else is expensive too unless you move north where there are no jobs. Read More

I’ve lived here for 4 years now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and nicely kept. The management is excellent and always helpful.

The townhouse was nicely renovated, the process was easy. Dina is amazing and made the process from start to finish nice and easy. The apartment layout is everything my partner and I need.

I’ve lived here for about 4 years, and I can proudly say I enjoy living here. The neighborhood is clean and the residents are friendly. I’m hoping to stay here for as long as possible.
