* This house is older but is in good shape for a house of this age. The first floor has new flooring, the entire house has been painted on the inside and it shows well. It is large, clean, bug free (maybe a spider or two), and in a good area * LHA is welcome but Lead Paint may be an issue depending on the age of your youngest child * We NEVER ask for money up front, and we ALWAYS show the house in person so if somebody tries to do otherwise it is fraud * Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom - the Master is very large and one of the bedrooms is small. There is a nice bedroom on the first floor and a very large living room * Basement is unfinished and good only for the washer dryer (tenant supplies), storage, and for family members you do not like * Pets are negotiable but no cats please * Application fee of $30 and we check credit, Landlord Reference, and income.
