We highly recommend this apartment complex! The building is new, clean, modern, and genuinely beautiful. The location is excellent — right in the center of the city. In the warmer months, just a couple of minutes away, there’s a large farmers' market every Sunday morning — it quickly became one of our favorite things to do.

The apartments come fully equipped with new, high-quality appliances. There are plenty of comfortable shared spaces for work and relaxation. The gym has a good cardio area... and a sauna, there's a pickleball court, virtual golf, billiards, and much more — you definitely won’t get bored.

We especially want to mention the management team. They are truly caring, always ready to help quickly with any questions. They also frequently organize events and gatherings for residents, which creates a warm sense of community.

And importantly for us, the complex is pet-friendly, so we can happily live here with our pet.

Moving into Parallel Apartments has been such a great experience. From the first tour, to move-in day, Cassie (the property manager) has been so friendly and responsive — she's really made me feel at home here. The building itself is gorgeous, with modern finishes and some of the best amenities I’ve seen: the gym is spacious, the sauna is awesome, and the common spaces are perfect for relaxing or working.

Amazing property located minutes from the interstate and Aksarben Village. The floorplans are so spacious and feature so much storage space in the closets and the cabinets. The tour was so informative and I left with no questions being unanswered. Such an amazing property!
