I do like my one bedroom apartment and am nearing the end of my 13 month lease. It's expensive though which I was ok with when I signed my lease because the draw, the advertised description was "Fargo's first experience driven luxury living with retail onsite - making this an Uptown feel". Cool, right? There's never been onsite retail stores this whole time. If I want retail I need to drive offsite. Nothing onsite like they advertise. Fargo's first what? Clubroom and exercise room and a... cool rooftop grill but that's not a first in Fargo. I wish there were cool shops onsite i could visit, that'd be awesome and I signed up for that and thought the premium rent was in part due to that convenience. Nice apartments, nothing Iptown about this place though.
