My daughter and her roommate rented from this company. The apartment itself is very nice. Be sure to read your lease carefully; you need to give a 60 day notice or you are automatically going to pay for the next month. Also, be sure to ask for a complete cleaning list for checkout. We thought we left the apartment immaculate, but got charged $120 from our damage deposit for not having the blinds dusted, the linen closet shelves wiped, and supposesdly the sinks weren't clean or the showere;... I'm a neat freak, and I thought they looked great. Take a picture before you leave your apartment, people! Just my advice.
