Scheduled a tour roughly four days in advance. Two hours before the tour, it got canceled because management didn't give the tenants a 24-hour notice, so I rescheduled later on in the week even though that meant my friends had to get time off work. When the tour came, I got another text two hours before the tour saying the tenants weren't ready so my tour had to be canceled again. Incredibly frustrated since the place looked really nice and was in a great area, but management was a massive... headache in this instance.

Keeps your deposit
PRO: Can keep your pets for a fee. Heating that you adjust yourself is included in the rent, along with hot water. Fairly clean hallways. There's a grill you can use for free during the summer. Maintenance team is an A+
CON: They'll keep almost all of your deposit, even if the place is left spotless. Basically stealing. Expect to walk or drive about a mile to get your packages, in the new "secure room" (in the cold mind you). Expect your packages to get stolen in the new "secure room"... because now there are thousands of people going through the room with no oversite. Was much better when the deliveries could be made to your doorstep. Yes, this is considered a feature and no, they don't care that you want stuff delivered to your door like it used to be. Expect lots of dog pee and poo at entrances.
