Very good I love the community so far for my family and I! It’s very quiet and I love the gym, pool, playground. Everything here has turned out just fine for my family!

Responsive and Rude

The new management company is much more responsive when it comes to getting repairs done. As such, I must commend the maintenance team and the maintenance supervisor.

The responsiveness mentioned above is being overshadowed by the rude office staff. They talk to people in a very disrespectful tone is is often times very wrong about the point that they are trying to make. When they realize they are wrong, they just dismiss the issue as if it never happened. The front office staff needs training... in basic customer service.

I am overall happy but I wasn't too thrilled my toilet needed to be replaced the same day I moved in and that there is paint on my carpets. But all is getting fixed!

I'm very impressed with the new management here! The property manager and maintenance staff have been super responsive. I put a ticket in for my washer at 8pm on a Wednesday and it was fixed by 10am on Thursday!

I love my residence especially the new ownership and the staffs are well organized and when you need services ,they are there to help. I really recommend LYV for anyone who wants a better place to live in .
