It is taking long times for some maintenance request. The office staff is ok.I wish they would do updates to old apartments. It takes an act of god to get something painted.

Don’t be fooled
Let’s start off with how you can call the office at anytime during the day and no one will answer the phone. They will say the things you want to hear but trust me when I say they don’t care. From the time you move in they will somehow rack up additional fees at a moments notice. Your apartment probably won’t be ready when you move in so additional maintenance will be required. I also applied on July 3, after I put in my deposit i couldn’t get in touch with them again. I called 5-6 times leaving... multiple voicemails and nobody even tried to reach out. I finally heard back on July 14 but by then I’ve already moved on. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
