My experience with Greystone at Widewater I really enjoyed living here. The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Office staff are very friendly and maintenance Samuel is very friendly and every time I had he would come in and fix. Maintenance staff are very helpful. I would recommend anyone to come and live here

We have been living here going on 9 years. It is so convenient to everything. It is just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the big city but close enough to escape all the traffic

Convenient location and the size of the apartments are nice. I’ve lived here for 5 years and things have gone downhill. Hear gunshots right outside the building at times. I have random cracks forming in the walls, the kitchen counter and cabinets are pulling away from the walls, and the molding in the living room and kitchen are also pulling away from the wall. I told the office about it, and maintenance came and used white caulk to reattach the kitchen brown wood molding to the brown wood... cabinet which looks horrible, the they left. None of the other issues were repaired.

I like it here. The area is very convenient. I do wish all of the units were updated and renovated but I still like it. Other than that, and updating some of the amenities and maybe eventually even the leasing office.
