It is hard for me to fathom now that for over 24 years I have been in this business. I've worked through some good times and some bad. My business has survived the 9/11 tragedy, the financial market collapse in 2007, and now the Covid episode. This career has enabled me to put my kids through college and know more about the Triangle and real estate than I ever thought possible. I'll be the first to admit that you can never know it all. That's what makes this job exciting to me. Not once in 24 years have I woken up and said "I hate my job and I need to do something else." There are similar situations in the home buying and selling process but everyone is unique and every circumstance is always different. The beauty of longevity in this business is learning something more from each client experience and gaining the knowledge of how to deal with the new and surprising situations that can, and will, arise. It is amazing to me how the Triangle continues to explode. I have lived here for my entire life and feel like we've grown up together. Along the way both of us have had some growing pains but, I feel like at this point, we've both learned so much from them and are all the better for it. I have always, do still and will always be proud to call this place my home, likely forever. I love working with people who are excited about either moving here for the first time or moving within the area. Always have and always will. Even you are reluctant because you “have” to move here I can show it to you in a way that you’ll likely feel at home very quickly. I know you can’t replace family, but the Triangle provides such diverse offerings and you’ll find that it’s got something here to make you feel connected. It has continuously been a great place to live and I don’t need a list to tell me that. I can't thank my grandparents enough for choosing to settle in Raleigh, NC over a hundred years ago. It is a privilege to say I am a lifelong resident. I did venture to Chapel Hill for college and got to love it there as well, so the Triangle has always been a part of my life. My roots here are deep but my love for this place is even deeper. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, let me help you experience the Triangle through the insights I have acquired.
