Being here for 3 years has made me regret not living in the dorms an extra year. I have been trying to get maintenance to remove dead roaches out of my light fixtures since I moved in. Nobody told me about the LOUD frat next door, continuing staff changes result in false promises. A maintenance worker hit my car, scrached my paint and broke my taillight and nothing was done about it by the office. Prices keep going up but NOTHING has been improved in my unit since I moved in. I have notified the... office on multiple occasions about worries of mold in the vents and the walls and nothing has been done. Tried to sublease but would have still owed 85% of rent to get out. Only stayed because I didn't have a car when I moved in 3 years ago, it's walking distance to my school,and already renewed my lease prior to getting my car.

The issues you mentioned regarding... maintenance, the condition of your apartment, concerns about your vents and walls, communication from our team, and the damage to your vehicle are serious concerns, and we’re sorry that your experience has left you feeling unheard. We also understand how frustrating repeated staff changes and unresolved requests can be when you have been a long-term resident.
We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review these concerns with you directly and determine what can still be addressed. Please contact or stop by the leasing office and ask to speak with management so we can look into the history of your requests and work toward a resolution.

Well maintained (except for the staircase) and ideally located between the Glenwood South district and Cameron Village. The gym is small with very few machines but it’s clean. The building could use some vending machines. Also there’s no office or clubroom so keep that in mind.

We get emails about keeping the trash cans outside can lead to a fine, which is stupid but whatever. What makes it an issue for me is because the trash is NEVER taken out on the agreed upon schedule. Otherwise a great place

I had a great experience when I toured and met with the team at LiveOnHillsboro. I had a hard time finding a place that checked all my boxes because nothing felt like home when I toured. After talking to the LiveOnHillsboro team and touring the apartments, I knew I had found the place for me. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly and made me feel at home. I signed a lease the day I toured and met the team because I knew I found the place to live. It was the prefect location, great staff and... very nice facilities. Definitely a good choice!
