We have had a broken fridge for about 6 months, repeated service requests and trips to the office have resulted in 0 help.
The kitchen sink's garbage disposal stopped working and after 6 days of waiting for a response from the staff, we had to learn how to fix it ourselves.
Our dishwasher now no longer works either, and we've had a service request out for 2 months but no hope or expectation that it will be fixed or replaced.
Find somewhere else, this complex is far too expensive for no... maintenance.

Don't expect to get any help once you sign a lease. The dog wash always stinks and pool is always nasty and cloudy. Mail for all residents are chronically lost. So not worth luxury price tag.

Once a great place to live, now we can not wait until our lease is up. I wish I could attach images. The trash compacter has been broken for two months. Managment moved a huge dumpster to the road I live on. It is continully overflowing. They charge 29.00+4.75/mo for valet trash and advise they will fine you $50 if your lid is not closed or if you leave the empty out past 9am. Yet this huge overflowing dumpster is left to sit in full sight of apartments. At least the local wildlife is... enjoying a free meal.
