I moved in December 2020 very happy with the staff…couple months after moving in, we had management & maintenance change and that all went down the drain. Our new maintenance man was very nice, but I hate to say did not properly resolve most issues- but this is a management problem. I had multiple maintenance requests that got marked as completed online despite no one coming by. I also had management try to tell me they “think” someone had come by and fixed things, despite the fact that me or my... roommate were home to verify no one had come by. For one, we had two leaks and a mold problem behind our air vent for two months (before I moved out- never fully resolved). They tried insisting the mold on my ceiling after my leak was dirt. I had to get in contact with the regional manager to finally get any action taken, and it was not properly done when finally attended to. The new management’s idea of “fixing” the mold issue was to mop our ceiling. I then was told the leak was taken care of, and when I went back into the office to report the continuation of the leak, was told I must have just been hearing things, despite that I actually saw the active leak.

Also, the gates worked maybe 20% of the time. They were always talking about working on them, but most of the time they just stay open. I keep my door locked and didnt experience break-in issues, but since I moved in there I did have my car keyed on a regular basis and someone did ravage through the car the one time I forgot to lock it. Experience with management has been excellent (one of the reasons we already felt secure moving in). Beautiful space in a great location, and so far we really love our unit; tons of natural light and storage space.

I have loved living at the Vyne. When I moved in 2 years ago, I hadnt been able to tour the complex in person. I could not have made a better choice for the price. Lots of natural light, clean, spacious, great appliances, ample visitor parking. The Vynes location gives you the best of both worlds convenience a neighborhood feel. I can hop on 74 in a minute, and I can ride my bike to Plaza Midwood hangout spots in 10. My apartment has felt like home from the day I moved in.

The Vyne on Central is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The leasing office staff and maintenance team are absolutely incredible!! My work orders are taken care of within 24 hours, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! Also they host events every so often like a taco or cupcake food truck! The staff is friendly and helpful and I couldn’t be happier living here!

When you think of a safe place to live you can count on the Vyne on central!! The staff is very accommodating and makes you feel so welcome in the office. The maintenance team is fantastic! Cris is on top of his game when it comes to the comfort and safety of the residents. Courtney is just so sweet and makes sure you get the best apartment for what your looking for. As a current resident my only question is when are you becoming a Vyne resident?
