I've lived here since 2022, and loved it for the most part. Starting August 2025, I've had EXCESSIVE stomping above me to the point where it has been unliveable. I've provided videos to back up my claim and instead of offering ways to help the new management has gaslit me and called me harasser (haven't complained once while living here until this situation). 10/10 would not recommend at its current state. New management will be confrontational if you have serious concerns.

Incompetent leasing management
Current management is incompetent and not trustworthy at all. They will push complaints under the rug and if you keep addressing them they will retaliate cause you money and time. They do not use their critical thinking skills and definitely do not put the tenants first! Will not be renewing my lease and do not recommend moving here!

Incompetent Leasing Office
The application is needlessly lengthy and complex. I provided all requested information upfront, but Kaleido redundantly makes you resubmit your documents to broken 3rd party websites in the following weeks.
They use Payscore, which is incapable of connecting to my bank accounts. Payscore employs no support staff. Kaleido's leasing ignored my questions of how we should resolve the issue.
Do not waste your time and money applying here. You may lose out on the application just because of... defective software and the leasing office's inability to communicate.

I love this place!
Since I moved in two months ago, I could not be happier with this community. It’s truly a *community* and the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I enjoy the weekly food trucks, nice amenities, resident events, and meeting other people while going about my day. Everything is clean, there are amazing perks like the coffee stations, and I adore the wonderful property managers (Emily, Macy, and Keely). Please keep up the great work. Thank you for everything!

Love my new home!
I moved in here about 3 months ago and couldn't be happier! The staff is fabulous, my apartment is gorgeous and I am so glad I found this place!! Super pet friendly and they do lots of awesome events for the residents. Love it here!!
